We accept COD for local Pune orders. For outstation and international deliveries, we require payment in advance via UPI, bank transfer, or other methods. Contact us to discuss.

Do you offer tracking?

What if my order arrives damaged?

We pack very carefully, but if anything arrives damaged, photograph it and send us a WhatsApp message within 24 hours of receipt. We'll sort it out immediately.

Can I do local pickup from Kothrud?
